Betula Blu Return Policy

Your jewelry speaks volumes about you and your style. If you are not fully satisfied, we will be happy to offer a full refund (less shipping) to you within 30 days of the original purchase date when returned with original packing materials and packing slip. After thirty days, no returns will be accepted with the exception of orders placed in November and December for holiday gift giving. These items (as long as the tag is remaining (price can be removed)) may be returned by the gift giver or exchanged by the gift receiver for a two week period after Christmas.
When returning an item, you have a choice of a refund or you can exchange the piece you are returning with another piece from our collection.

We have done our best to describe and photograph our products accurately. All earring lengths are from the top of the ear wire (basically from the point the earring enters your ear) to the end of the longest dangle. We use predominantly 3mm and 4mm bead sizes in our beaded jewelry. If you have any questions regarding size and scale, please contact us before ordering. We are happy to help you make the right decision regarding an item.  You can contact us at eric@betulablu.com. Shipping charges will only be refunded if we sent the wrong item or if the item is defective.

When returning an item:

• Complete the information regarding the piece you are returning using our return form.
• Please indicate whether you want a refund or if you wish to exchange the item for another piece. When exchanging, please clearly indicate the part number and description of the piece you would like us to send to you.
• Pack the item in its original packaging and include a copy of the return form.
• Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries.
• The Return Shipping address is on the enclosed return form.  If this is a gift and you do not have the receipt, please contact us by email prior to sending the item back so we may better serve you.
