Custom Orders

One size does not fit all; and in fact, it really doesn’t fit anybody right. At Betula Blu, we know that the first step to creating a beautiful piece of beaded jewelry is sizing it right. While the majority of our customers will find the standard sizing to their liking, a few customers may want other options.

While we have worked hard to establish our product lines and gemstone selections, we acknowledge that there may be minor style changes you wish to make. Below is a listing of customization options available.

Sizing:

Many of our pieces come with up to 1” of additional chain for individual adjustment of necklace, bracelet and anklet length (refer to each style). This is useful for adjusting the lengths for layering of pieces (highly recommended) or for adjustment to a clothing neckline. The majority of our styles come in two lengths, some in three. If there is a specific length concern you have, please use the link below to inform us of the style you are interested in and the length and we will attempt to adjust the piece for your specific needs. We will instruct you how to proceed in ordering it at that time.

Earring Styles:

We have selected our earring findings to provide comfort and style. If you prefer another type of finding (ie French wire, post, lever back), we may be able to adjust the style. Most earrings can be adjusted to lever back findings easily and will occur no additional charge to do so. Post styles may be limited. Please use the link below to inquire about finding changes.

Clasp Styles:

We have selected the clasps to provide security, comfort, and ease of use. If you would prefer a lobster claw to the clasp shown, this can be done with no additional charge. Just use the link below to contact us with this change prior to ordering and we will instruct you on how to proceed.

Gemstone Substitutions:

We have assembled our product line using high quality natural gemstones* and sterling silver. We offer many styles in a variety of stone types and welcome requests for custom beaded jewelry applications. If you would like to see a specific gem type in a specific style, we may be able to satisfy your desires. Not all gem stones come in all shapes and sizes, so our ability to make this type of change is not guaranteed, but we will try our best. Please keep in mind that prices of gemstones vary as well and we may not be able to honor the price reflected in the store for a different gem type. Use the link below to contact us.
